Artistic Practice

My work encompasses a wide spectrum of textiles and mixed-media, including machine embroidery, felt-making and fibre arts plus patchwork and quilting techniques.

Together with larger framed pieces, I create a range of felted and stitched textile accessories, using my own hand-dyed fibres and threads.

Artistic History

I exhibit widely across the East Midlands, submitting mainly framed work to independent organisations. As a qualified teacher, I have taught, and continue to teach, textile and mixed-media related classes to both small and larger groups, throughout the East Midlands and beyond.
